The IT Crowd

Last Friday, I attended the first night recording of new Channel 4 sitcom The IT Crowd, which should be highly amusing once it hits our screens next year.
It's written by Graham Linehan (Black Books , Father Ted) and produced by Ash Atalla (The Office), and looks like it should please most comedy fans; Graham himself described it as "Father Ted with geeks", which isn't too far off (although it is a pretty original, seperate show in its own right, not a direct rewrite).

Anyway, more information as I see it!

I managed to get to see four of them in total I really think it will do well. It shows Linehan's skill in writing just good sitcom and isn't actually about computers any more than Father Ted was about Catholocism.

A site dedicated to the show has already started up: http://theitcrowd.co.uk
