Films would be SO much more impressive if they actually had thousands of extras, real animals walking around, complex makeup and so on, rather than doing so much on green screen, or with markers or whatever, and adding everything else in later. It just cuts SO many corners. It's boring.

As for films which are completely computer animation, like Shrek and those things, they're completely boring. Studios should go back to proper, hand-drawn cartoons. Much nicer.
