English votes for English MPs

I somehow missed this article from a couple of weeks ago until now, but this is one of my biggest concerns in our political system at the moment; the fact that Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish MPs can vote on issues which affect only England, but English MPs cannot vote on issues which affect only Scotland, Wales and/or Northern Ireland.
It really is disgusting. It makes a mockery of our 'democracy', and shows that the Scot-led Labour party really do have an inherent hatred and disrespect for the majority of their electorate; the English.
