Nearly 'ON THIS DAY'
I've just been reading through the 'ON THIS DAY' news archive on BBC News Online, and came up with this little gem from 10th February 1996, on the subject of a bomb planted in the Canary Wharf business area in London's Docklands.
The IRA has said "regrettable injuries" could have been avoided if police had responded promptly to "clear and specific warnings".
No, you twats. "Regrettable injuries" could have been avoided if you weren't such backwards, militant, drunken, spineless shites who have no more right to life than a Nazi has the right to gas Jews at his or her pleasure.
