UEFA, who are apparently football's world European authority, have asked the government to investigate the increasing foreign buyouts of British teams.

 

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but why the fuck should the government spend tax-payer's money on this bollocks? If Uefa want it investigated, they should fucking well do it themselves. Supposedly it's part of the British economy, but I really don't know how they figure that - and particularly why they think that the British government should be so concerned with it? At the end of the day, football clubs are businesses. Companies. There aren't investigations when any other companies are bought up, are there?
