Xinomorph

After collapsing at Dublin Airport, Louis Selo, from south-west London, underwent a routine post-mortem at the local Beaumont Hospital. Upon being returned to the UK, the body was again routinely examined, this time by a pathologist - who discovered an extra heart and second pair of lungs inside the body.

 

Now, I don't know what's been happening in Dublin, but someone's been on the Guiness a bit too much. How the hell did they manage to insert a second heart and third and fourth lungs into a dead body?! It boggles the mind...
