They, and their products, are absolutely awful. They have (at least until recently, not sure of present status) been refusing to acknowledge a problem which thousands of people have been having with their MacBooks. Their staff are utterly useless (although quite friendly in most cases). You have to make an appointment to see anyone about anything in their physical shops - and can only make an appointment on the day. Appointments are limited and released online. Which means if you want to see anyone you have to pray you can refresh fast enough at midnight.
And that's just for starters.
