Killer stabbing in prison
With the news that two of the men sentenced to life imprisonment (hah) for the murder of Pc Sharon Beshenivsky have been charged with stabbing a fellow inmate , I continue to wonder if I am the only sane person left in the world.
Surely, although these men are clearly both dangerous individually, when together they are especially so? Why are they allowed to have contact with one another that this should happen - in fact, why are they even in the same prison? I know that there's just a tiny bit of overcrowding in our prison system at present (well that's an understatement), but come on. There must be some really simple, but sensible reason for this. No?
