Burying bad news
On a day when (finally, thank God) Tony Blair officially announced his departure from office as Prime Minister, the rest of the 'new' Labour spin-machine was in full gear burying the bad news that the bill for ID cards has gone up by another £1 billion.
That's £1,000,000,000,000.
Just thought I'd point that out, in case anyone missed it.
